2020 was a great year for the loons on our lake! Both chicks survived and grew to a good size through the summer.

Did you know that your Lake Association is a proud participant in Nature Canada’s Canadian Lakes Loon Survey? Volunteers throughout Canada monitor the loon population and enter data on-line for scientists to research. It is called “Citizen Science” and makes us all more aware of the precious natural resources around us.
