WELCOME to our Horseshoe and Crotch Lakes Property Owners, Association (HCLPOA) website. Your Executive is very excited that we are taking this step as an additional- and 21st century!! – way of communicating with you, our members. So keep watching this space.

Many many thanks to Brian Rutherford – owner of 368 Durham, a Website Design company for donating his time to set us up and for hosting the website for a very modest fee. 

We will continue to send our yearly newsletter this spring, as feedback is that you do enjoy reading it. 

Setting up our website also gives us the means to accept e-payments for your Association dues, which a number of you have been requesting. Yea! We are counting on this to increase the number of Association members in good standing- I. e. those who have paid. Thank you in advance for doing so.
