Weather that is wet and warm: ideal conditions for major turtle migrations, but also ideal conditions for an increase in turtle mortality from road accidents. 

Turtles can take more than 30 years to replace themselves and are an important part of our aquatic biodiversity. This is a friendly reminder to watch out on roads, especially from May to July 1, for these invaluable friends.
